Request Account Deletion

You can delete your LoveMend account directly in the app through Account/Settings.

If you no longer have access to the app, you may request deletion by contacting us at hello@mossandbell.com. Please send the request from the email address associated with your LoveMend account when possible and include “LoveMend Account Deletion” in the subject.

Deleting your account deletes the account and associated personal data, except information we may be required or permitted to retain for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, transaction records, or legal obligations.

We may take reasonable steps to verify account ownership before completing a deletion request.
